Did you ever stop and wonder
How time has passed so fast?
We hold on to our memories
We don’t give up our past.
We look into a mirror
And the face there that we see
Is usually our parent
For us it cannot be.
We still feel in our twenties-
Age thirty years at best
We don’t understand why we move so slow
Or often have to rest.
Aging is a process
One we all go through
We know we cannot stop it
No matter what we do.
So live life to the fullest
Enjoy each and every day
Our time here is a precious gift
What more can I say!
