This book, Seniors Get Your Ducks In A Row, co-authored
by Annette Fisher, Debra Gross, Robert Howe,
Marie Sayour, Marla Loughran, and Mary Maroney, explains
several aspects of life as a senior. The book, which
is written by professionals who have a great amount of
experience in their field, is meant to help seniors take
advantage of opportunities available to them, from in
the housing market to making a will to health concerns,
by clearly explaining the given area, giving several examples
and contact information for the authors for more
information.
In the first section, Getting a Clean Bill of Legal
Health, written by Howe, explains the significance of a
will to seniors who want their property to be in certain
hands after their death. The benefits of a will and how
one should be acquired are given in this section, helping
to clear up any confusion that many might have. Showing
the negative effects of not having a will while still alive
and mentally capable of writing one as well, Howe excellently
explains this area to readers.
The following, Moving Forward in Reverse, by Fisher,
is meant to explain reverse mortgages to readers. She, a
